    These charming and versatile beads are hand-crafted by British Columbian First Nations artist, Justin Rivard. These retail on this site for each, and this lot of 10 is selling for 0.  They are available in solid 14k gold as well.
    Created with symbols that represent the primary family crest figures found within British Columbian Native Indian culture, these beads can be stacked, strung, or integrated into bracelets and necklaces. The beads measure 5/16" high and 1/2" across, with an opening of 3/8".
    They can be created with the following symbols:
    Hummingbird - good health and the joyful messenger
    Wolf - family and loyalty
    Orca - unity and communication
    Eagle - pride and friendship
    Raven - creation and transition
    Salmon - regeneration
    Thunderbird - power
    In addition to being trained artistically as a carver, Justin is a trained jeweler. He is dedicated to applying his skills to new and unconventional forms, while using the same media of gold, silver and semi-precious stones. For example, Justin has created carved business card holders, lighter covers, and cufflinks. Justin trained with Kwakwaka'wakw artist Ray Dumont for 16 years and has work in Canadian, American and Scottish galleries.
